London-based Hills Estate approached us to help revamp their whole identity and high street presence. We began with a fresh new identity that was friendlier, different from competitors and more engaging. By establishing a new brand language, we have transformed the whole experience for their customers and maintained brand integrity throughout.
We designed a front signage, using a specially-constructed curved mould that makes a real impact to passers-by. The attention to detail was key as we established an interior look that included friendly seating, free beverage bar and stylish decor. The colour scheme, branding and styling was carried through onto print material, For-Sale/Rent flags, car livery, stationery and store-displays.
A custom-designed and built website carries through the customer experience online with all the properties searchable and aimed at gaining more landlords.
